· Responsible for execution of construction civil activities on site.
· Managing and distributing manpower and equipment during the shift.
· Implementation of daily schedule of work.
· Checking the progress of the work at site as per the planned program in daily basis.
· Monitor materials at site and advise if any shortage.
· Managing and supervising sub-contractor during the shift including verification of completed quantities (measurement sheet).
· Ensuring that all HSE & QA/QC standard are implemented.
· Coordinating with pre-construction team and survey team to proceed with work in correct locations.
· Ensuring all works are done as per latest method statements and construction drawings.
· Resolve all technical issues at site during the shift.
· Verify and take required steps to protect existing services.
· Ensure all works are done as per authorities requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
– Civil Engineering Graduate with more than 05 Years of Construction experience (building) with equivalency certificate and U.A.E driving license.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven experience in construction as site engineers/project engineers.
– Candidate must be available in U.A.E, and they must have relevant U.A.E experience.
