BW Interiors is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team! If you have extensive experience in high-end fit-out projects and a strong background in cost estimation, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage the full tender process, from reviewing drawings to finalizing cost estimates
✔️ Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project requirements
✔️ Prepare BOQs, RFIs, and vendor price requests
✔️ Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and quality
✔️ Identify potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
✔️ Compile competitive estimates for complex projects exceeding AED 70M
✔️ Maintain well-organized records and continuously improve estimating processes
🔹 Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of UAE fit-out experience (offices, residential, F&B)
✅ Expertise in CCS Candy estimating software
✅ Strong first-principle pricing capabilities
✅ Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and market prices
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
