Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: From AED 8,000/month (Negotiable) + commission + Other benefits
Al Madina Group, a leading UAE hypermarket chain, is expanding its private label egg division. We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead sales and business development across our retail and wholesale network.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and manage key retail and wholesale clients
• Build strong buyer relationships (retail, wholesale, HORECA)
• Lead sales team to achieve targets
• Oversee pricing, contracts, and private label branding
• Coordinate with logistics and production
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
• 10+ years in UAE food distribution (eggs or perishables preferred)
• Strong industry network
• Proven experience in private label development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
