About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager – Soft Services to oversee and lead the delivery of housekeeping, janitorial, pest control, waste management, and other non-technical services across our facilities. This role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of soft services across multiple sites.
Supervise and support housekeeping supervisors, team leaders, and front-line staff.
Ensure quality service delivery as per contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Manage client relationships and address service-related issues promptly.
Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling efficiently.
Monitor consumable usage, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and training for continuous improvement.
Drive cost optimization and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Soft Services or Facilities Management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of cleaning standards, materials, and equipment.
Familiarity with HSE practices and local labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Certifications like BICSc, IOSH/NEBOSH are a plus.
