Urgent hiring for WFM(Workforce Management) for leading bank in UAE
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Home country exp is ok)
Requirement: Minimum 2+ years of experience either in WFM or with workflow tools like BPM/CRM
§ Exposure to Banking domain
§ Proficient in MS Office
§ Hands on experience with any of the WFM tools (IEX, Verint Impact 360, Genesys WFM, Aspect eWFM)
§ Working knowledge Genesys WFM and iWD
§ Reporting and Data Analytical experience
Effective collaboration with the team and stakeholder
Salary: AED 5800
