Job Position – Visa Processing Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 5000-6000 aed
Nationality: Indian
Responsibility:
Process and file visa applications for Schengen, US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asian Countries etc.
Handling Corporates, B2B and B2C sales and achieving sales Targets.
Visa Counselling, Visa Documentation, Visa Filing, Travel Services, MICE, FIT, GIT.
Making strategies for expansion of business in return of increasing sales.
Negotiation or contact with prospective clients.
Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
Scrutiny and collection of credentials for visa processing.
To co-ordinate with the Embassy on day-to-day basis for Operational matters.
Looking after the entire operations and making various reports.
Solving all the visa related queries of the clients over the phone and e- mail.
Update VFS website as per the changes received from the Embassy in monthly or weekly basis.
Scheduling Interviews as per Embassy informs us and same coordinate with applicant through mails and calls.
Visas expertise in all countries US, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, New Zealand etc. (Tourist, Work Permit, PR, Business Visas, Student Visas Etc.)

Previous experience in VFS will be an advantage.
