Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements across various business units within the hospitality and manufacturing sectors.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
– Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment with Thomsun Group’s values and objectives.
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on hospitality and manufacturing sourcing.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of the hospitality and manufacturing industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to identify and attract top talent through creative and effective sourcing methods.
– Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
