Talent Acquisition Specialist | BARNES Dubai
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Dubai office. You will focus primarily on recruiting elite real estate professionals who align with our brand values, luxury positioning, and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within real estate, luxury, or high-performance sales environments.
– Strong ability to identify and attract top-performing candidates.
– Professional communication skills with fluency in English
– Deep understanding of the Dubai market and real estate industry is highly desirable.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
