Looking for a Junior Learning Coordinator.
Job Description
· Project manage all aspects of training programs
· Research content for the training programs & create training outlines and slides
· Address issues that arise during the running of the assigned programs and respond appropriately and swiftly
· Ensure all program metrics are met and all critical events take place
· Manage post-program activities such as compiling feedback, invoicing, production of scorecards, and document lessons learnt
· Maintaining good relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, learning consultants, trainers, planning and other internal teams
· Be comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternate approaches to deliver the best result
The Successful Applicant will have:
· 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
· Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Camtasia, Moodle and other learning platforms.
· Skills to research and prepare materials for customized technical and soft skills programs
· Engaging, innovative and customer service oriented with strong attention to detail
· Strong communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality
· A keen eye for detail – being able dissect problems down into small manageable parts
· Capable of working independently to complete tasks to a high standard, but proactive in seeking guidance if/when needed
· Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills
