Job Position – Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
– Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth
– Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
– Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
– Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts for senior management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of two years of experience in sales management, preferably candidates from India with two years experience also can apply
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
