Sales and Marketing Manager
Proficient sales manager, enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated. Trustworthy, ambitious, honest and hardworking.
Generating leads and converting them to successful business achieving sales goals
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Monitor sales (such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Set and track sales account targets, aligned by company objectives
Market survey and new strategies to improve sales
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing program
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunity for growth and new product leads
Systemize the internal process – generating weekly and monthly performance & sales reports, supervise sales representatives and encouraging improved performance (ensure sales increase and new product leads).
Obtaining balance of payment from creditors on time
10-15 years’ experience
Candidate should be familiar with FMCG, wholesale industry for food staff business
Excellent communication and presentation skills, Arabic language will be added advantage
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Experience:
· sales: 10 years (Preferred)
· Business Developments: 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
· Arabic ( Preferred)
