🚨 We’re Hiring: Human Resources Specialist – Dubai 🇦🇪
RedEye Real Estate LLC is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai!
If you’re passionate about building strong teams, driving HR strategy, and creating a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Location: Dubai
🔹 Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 20,000/month
🔹 Type: Full-time
📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding & day-to-day HR operations
• Align HR strategies with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• Champion employee engagement & conflict resolution
• Support performance management, payroll & benefits coordination
🎯 What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience (real estate background a plus!)
• Strong communication, problem-solving & organizational skills
• A genuine passion for people and growth
