Position: Recruitment Specialist

Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements/Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, ATS, market research, and job platforms.
• Hands-on experience with job sites and sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
