– Bachelor’s or equivalence certification in customer service or administration is preferred.
– Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
– Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and appointment scheduling systems.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and the Arabic language.
