Job Position – QA/QC Specialist
Job Details Here
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct regular quality checks on sanitized and pre-cut fruits and vegetables.
2) Monitor and enforce food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
3) Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
4) Perform microbiological and chemical testing to ensure product safety.
5) Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and corrective actions.
6) Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
7) Train staff on quality assurance and control practices.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
2) Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within the Fruits & Vegetable or food processing industry.
3) Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.
4) Strong communication skills in English.
