Policy Servicing Team

 All related work after the policy placement is to be handled by the Endorsement Team.
 Weekly reporting to the HOD.
 Ability to prioritize work and perform within time constraints.
 Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and policy forms.
 Addition and deletion of endorsement requests in a timely manner.
 Arranging COC from the Insurer.
 Checking, verifying, and arranging the e-card and invoices.
 Bookings to be done promptly.
 Chasing the client for endorsement details/documents. Adhere to compliance documentation standards and ensure all documentation is complete.
 Chasing clients for the payment of pending additions.
 Provide necessary information to Accounts and coordinate with them for any required information.
 Handling endorsement requests and follow-ups. Monitoring the turnaround time of the endorsements.
 Maintain the endorsement register log and be able to provide complete and proper information to clients. Maintain the information required by DHA.
 Assisting clients/advisors with any of their queries related.
 Support the Medical Department (Individual OR Group) in their daily routine work/bookings, etc.
