* Preparation of project interim payments.
* Preparation & certification of subcontractors monthly payment applications.
* Preparation & submission of variation orders & cost proposals in the project.
* Review Project’s monthly costs and preparation project’s monthly cost report.
*Reviewing, checking and comparing project’s material and equipment requests against project budget prior to issuance of purchase orders.
