Logistics Coordinator

Your tasks
– Prepare export documents such as Invoice, Packing list, COO, COC, CargoX
– All documents to be in line with the importing country requirements.
– Check the Order Acknowledgments received from the supplier
– Follow Letter of Credit and Cash Against Document requirements
– Ensure shipments are cleared by the customer and receive the proof of delivery
Other responsibilities:
– Internal reporting
– Sales, shipment status
– Coordinate with the forwarder for delivery and client complaints
– Raise complaint to factory in case of damage during transit of the shipment
– Maintain proper records of all documents and ensure timely filing of hard copy
Your qualifications
– Aware of GCC and Egypt import/export custom requirements
– Bachelors degree
– Experienced in the similar kind of role for minimum of 5 years
– Aware of JAFZA rules and regulations, Incoterms 2020, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees
– Experience in working with CRM ,SAGE ERP software, SAP
– Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel
– Quality and accuracy of information, at work
– Result oriented, able to prioritize tasks, quick and efficient, able to multi-task
– Flexibility to work outside the regular working hours – if required
– Fluent in English and Arabic
