Our Rooms team is expanding and looking for knowledgeable, passionate, energetic, creative Lifestyle Agent to join the team as we craft, shape, mould, grow, and evolve our brand story to the jet-setting, digitally savvy, aspirational global consumer.
We are searching for self-motivated and outgoing Lifestyle Agents to assist in delivering phenomenal guest journeys that build relationships, generate excitement, and amplify brand awareness of our amazing resort. You will be a part of our Lifestyle team embedded within our Front Office Operations and operates dynamically across the hotel operations to provide seamless service for our guests.
Qualifications:
- applicants must have at least 1 year of full time/Internship experience at a reputed establishment in the luxury, lifestyle, tourism or hospitality sectors in a guest facing role
- Love creating spectacular experiences/memories for Guests
- Superb Interpersonal skills
- Be Outgoing and Engaging
- Have innate ability to multi-task
- Have exemplary/near-native level of fluency in English
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Be ready to work in shifts, support the larger team
