Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in HR coordination, preferably in a multi-country context.
-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain is an advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
-Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
