Job Position – HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
– Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
– Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
– Maintain accurate HR records.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
– Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
– Detail-oriented and highly organized.
