Job Description:
Are you a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen? Avantgarde Inc FZCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial health, driving financial planning, and ensuring the overall fiscal responsibility of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor budgets, providing insights and recommendations to achieve financial objectives.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and implement strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization’s financial health is protected.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Financial Strategy: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a leadership position.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
