Job Position – Employee Relation Officer

Requirement & Skills
• 3+ years proven work experience as an Employee Relations Officer or similar role. Recruitment Agency background would be highly preferred.
• Experience in HR/Organization
• Sound knowledge of HR methods and processes
• Knowledge of UAE labour law
• Highly organised and detailed in approach.
• The ability to prioritise a demanding workload and time manage effectively.
• Fluent in English Language
• Preferably candidates who can join immediately or on less than a month.
