Responsibilities:
-Develop, oversee, and deliver quality cleaning services.
-Manage staff performance and subcontracted services.
-Lead and develop site staff, ensuring compliance with policies.
-Assist in financial management and client liaison.
-Establish and maintain high-quality health, safety, and environment arrangements.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years management experience.
-7 years service delivery in malls or hospitality.
-Knowledge of high access cleaning procedures.
-Strong communication skills and UAE driving license.
Qualifications:
-Basic business management or relevant certification.
-Strong commercial awareness and IT skills.
