Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirement elicitation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools such as JIRA
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
