Athena Education is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to join one of our leading schools in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing all non-academic operations to ensure our school runs efficiently and supports the delivery of high-quality education.
✅ Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred: School Business Management, Facilities Management, NEBOSH, or IOSH certification)
Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in operations or facilities management within a service-oriented industry (preferably in education)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple operational areas efficiently

Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
High attention to detail with strong follow-through
Effective team leadership and staff management
Strategic thinking with commercial awareness
