Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in managing Insurance claims and overseeing Accident Repair job allocation/follow-up.
✔️ Expertise in supervising Estimators, monitoring External Body Repair garages and ensuring cost control.
✔️ A keen eye for assessing job quality, maintaining turnaround time, and conducting regular workshop visits.
✔️ Solid understanding of vehicle parts cost and sourcing.
✔️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
✔️ Proficiency in MS-Office to manage operations efficiently.
✔️ A valid UAE driving license to facilitate on-site supervision and workshop visits.
