Job Position – AFC Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance (PM & CM) of Alcatel PABX, voice recording and emergency communication system.
• Monitoring of PBX/ECS alarms and failure rectification.
• Preparation of fault / defect report, documentation, record keeping and closure of PM/CM tasks.
• Work Order management experience using tools like Maximo & Ticket Management System.
• Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of planning and activities.
