Job Position – Proposals Manager

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or architecture.
· Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a proposals/tender engineer, including min. 2 years in UAE with an engineering design consultant.
· Demonstrates expertise in evaluating RFPs, creates pricing, technical and commercial proposals, and ensures their completion.
· Demonstrates expertise in developing effective proposal strategies, negotiating, benchmarking pricing, and managing pricing for design and construction supervision projects.
· Proactive, confident, engaged, reliable and can perform independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment responsible.
· Ability to implement salesforce and manage the pipeline, as well as post-award contract documentation with the support of document controllers. Additionally, they oversee the production of proposals, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
