Provider Network Officer.

Job Overview:-
We are looking for a Provider Network Officer to ensure top-tier care quality across our network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hospital’s relationships, contracts, tariffs, empanelment, credentialing, renewals, and service activation with insurance companies and TPAs. The role will ensure that the hospital, physicians, specialties, services, and tariffs are correctly registered, approved, renewed, mapped, and communicated to all relevant departments.

Responsibilities:-
· Manage insurance contracts, tariffs, payer networks, renewals, amendments, and tariff negotiations with insurance companies and TPAs.
· Maintain accurate payer, network, tariff, and contract databases, ensuring timely updates and compliance with agreed terms.
· Oversee physician credentialing, empanelment, activation, renewals, and regulatory documentation, coordinating with relevant departments to maintain compliance.
· Provide insurance-related guidance, training, and updates to front-office and operational teams on eligibility, network verification, approvals, referrals, and payer requirements.
· Serve as the primary liaison with payers and TPAs, maintaining professional relationships, attending negotiations and meetings, and escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
· Maintain complete documentation of contracts, tariffs, credentialing records, approvals, and correspondence while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare insurance regulations and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:-
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare insurance contracting, provider network management, credentialing, or revenue cycle management; UAE healthcare experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of UAE insurance networks, payer contracts, tariffs, physician credentialing, eligibility, and authorization processes.
· Experience in contract renewals, tariff negotiations, provider onboarding, and network management.
· Good understanding of registration, eligibility verification, billing, and claims processes.
· Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, payer portals, and hospital information systems.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and documentation requirements.

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Videographer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:-
~ Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for digital platforms.
~ Capture high-quality footage using cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
~ Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
~ Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
~ Add graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality.
~ Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts and storytelling strategies.
~ Manage video assets, footage libraries, and project files efficiently.
~ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
~ Stay updated with the latest video production trends, techniques, and social media best practices.

Requirements:-
~ Proven experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or similar role.
~ Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
~ Strong portfolio showcasing video shooting and editing work.
~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent software.
~ Experience with camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
~ Knowledge of social media content formats and platform requirements.
~ Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
~ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:-
~ Experience creating content for brands, agencies, or social media platforms.
~ Motion graphics and animation skills.
~ Photography skills are a plus.

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing laser treatments and a strong commitment to safety, client care, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-
· Perform a variety of laser treatments (e.g., hair removal)
· Assess client skin types and recommend appropriate procedures
· Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
· Maintain and operate laser equipment properly
· Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
· Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
· Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment

Requirements:-
· Tagalog Speaker (required)
· Valid Laser Technician License (required)
· Proven experience in laser treatments and skincare procedures
· Strong knowledge of safety standards and protocols
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:-
· Certification in advanced aesthetic treatments
· Experience in a clinical or dermatology setting
