We’re Hiring: HR Manager | La Foret Real Estate, Dubai
La Foret Real Estate is expanding and we are looking for an HR Manager to join our leadership team in Dubai.
This role will help build and scale our people strategy, bringing structured HR practices and international standards into a fast-growing luxury real estate environment.
Important:
This position is open to candidates of UK and European nationalities only.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across sales and corporate teams
• Implement structured HR policies, governance and compliance systems
• Develop performance management and incentive frameworks
• Drive employee engagement, retention and leadership development
• Align HR strategy with the company’s long-term growth plans
Requirements
• 4-5 years of HR leadership experience
• Strong background in structured UK or European HR environments
• Experience with compliance, governance and performance systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CIPD or equivalent certification is preferred
