Requirements
• At least 3 years of facilities maintenance experience in a mall and villa community in the UAE or GCC required.
• Experience in split AC, ducted split and package AC units.
• Fair command of English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of FM process and standards.
• Minimum ITI / Diploma / B. Tech educated required for MEP positions.
• Preference would be given to candidates who can join immediately.
