Description of the Work
● MUST be fluent in Arabic and English
● The candidate should be expected to have strong social skills and may be expected to travel to tradeshows should he/she be able to show proficiency in his/her understanding of the company’s tasks.
● 15-20 hours a week, potentially more depending on the flow of projects
● Looking for candidates who can start immediately. (Flexible hours until summer for those who are interested in the beginning during the summer)
● Research the regional ESG and ITAD market to assess attractiveness (growth, profitability, trends, fragmentation, investment thesis)
● Contact companies to set up phone meetings
● Work with on-site engineers as well as customers
● Work closely with the executive team, and product/project management team in order to help bring on vendor partners and integrate their services into our software
● List and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in select markets
● Help with localizing the brand and developing a strong story for the business
● Report to the US Team to help develop strategy while working with other teammates in Dubai
Ideal Candidate
● Undergraduate student with a career interest in Marketing, Sales, Finance
● Very strong EQ and Social Skills
● 2-5 years of work experience
● Great opportunity for those who are looking for a side hustle or a career change
● Intellectually mature, able to understand screening criteria, then make subjective judgments to recommend target companies. Able to deliver accurate work, per committed dates, to a senior executive.
● Ability to talk to company owners credibly
● Strong social skills and willingness to travel if needed and/or qualifications are met
