National Company for Management and Services Ltd. announces a vacancy for (Food Safety Officer) for Saudi Nationals only to work in Yanbu Industrial Area:
Job Description:
• Certificate in the field of food quality and control. Such as Food Safety or HACCP
• Two or more years of experience in the field of catering and food control.
• Knowledge of local laws and legislation related to food safety and quality and their application in the specified work site in the environment of central kitchens and food supply.
• Maintaining safety and security of the workplace from assets in the work site, and supervising the systems of health control, hygiene and sterilization.
• Ensure the provision of safety equipment and supplies at the work site.
• Conducting periodic inspections of hygiene and sterilization procedures in the workplace.
• Ensure that new workers are trained on the basics of hygiene, sterilization and safety for the work assigned to them.
• Knowing the results of the investigation of accidents, knowing the causes and writing them down for safety and quality.
• Prepare reports related to food safety and quality.
• Follow up on tasks assigned to him within the scope of his work.
Skills:
• Full knowledge of the laws of food safety and quality in the kitchen and catering environment.
• The ability to train workers on the basics of hygiene and food quality.
• Fluency in English to be able to write the required periodic reports.
• The ability and familiarity with using Microsoft office suite such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• The ability to communicate and supervise workers of different nationalities.
