Job Position – Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Digital Performance Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online lead generation and performance marketing efforts.
You will be someone who is capable of managing performance marketing for multiple service lines across group companies. You will be planning and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns for services such as real estate brokerage, valuation and advisory services, aerial surveying services using drones, and real estate software solutions.
You will have a passion for growth hacking via lead generation and all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and all digital and marketing channels
Launching optimized online advertising campaigns to increase lead generation of real estate property buyers and awareness about the brand and its service offerings
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, Insta, Tiktok, Snapchat, VK, Yandex, and other upcoming social media platforms, etc. to generate leads, consequently brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and blog
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GoogleTrends, etc.)
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Measure ROI and KPIs
Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
Forecast sales performance trends
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as digital performance marketing executive, lead generation expert or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, SEO, SEM
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sendinblue, Hotjar, etc.)
Skills and experience in creative ad copy, blog, and relevant content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
