Job Position – Sales supervisor

he Sales Supervisor is responsible to the day-to- day supervision of showroom/retail outlet in line with compliance overall company retail policies and procedures. The main focus for the sales supervisory post is a successful implementation of consumer care and performance of the showroom/retail outlet by increasing sales and staff professionalism by following-up training and development activities in the showroom including the replenishment of the stocks.
Qualifications:
-Preferred Arab Female with relevant experience in Perfumes and Cosmetics.
– Must be degree holder or knowledgeable in retail or Professional Degree in Retail Management.
– At least 4-5 years work experience in related retail operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
– Working knowledge in retail sales operation, health security and safety; staff work schedule planning, staff supervision and motivation
– Excellent communications skills, strong commitment to customer service, ability to handle challenging store operation and staffing situations, ability to liaise and build a good working relationship with managers, the decision making and sense of responsibility.
