Requirements
Graduate or completion of specialized courses in Hotel / Catering Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Catering / Hotel / F&B operations (Required).
Overall responsibility for dining operations and service standards.
Coordinate daily Front of the House (FOH) and Back of the House (BOH) catering operations.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Immediate joiners preferred.
