Are you an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant seeking a high-profile role in Dubai?
We are hiring a Private Personal Executive Assistant to support a prominent individual in both professional and personal affairs. This hybrid position offers flexibility, travel, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, email handling, and professional communication.

Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate complex travel arrangements, schedules, and daily logistics.

Handle both personal and business matters efficiently and independently.

Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and executive teams.
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant for C-level executives or UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals).

Proven loyalty, discretion, and long-term commitment in previous roles.

Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Based in Dubai with the ability to travel internationally when required.
