-Preparing quotes and sales orders in a timely manner.
-Maintaining and updating weekly log reports of quotations.
-Coordinating deliveries with customers.
-Preparing technical submittals, prequalification, and related project documents.
-Managing procurement with local and international suppliers.
-Coordinating logistics with principals and suppliers.
