📢 We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our Food & Beverage team!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and requests.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic and English.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service.
Maintain high customer service standards.
✨ Requirements:
Fluent in both Arabic and English (bilingual)
1+ year of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
