· Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and equipment in commercial and residential facilities.
· Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
· Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs or replacements as necessary to minimize downtime and disruptions to facility operations.
· Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to prioritize and execute work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
· Comply with all safety regulations, standards, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
Diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing disciplines.
Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role, preferably in a facility management or maintenance environment.
Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel to various locations within the UAE as needed.
