Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM Consultant

1.⁠Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM solutions.
2.⁠Implement Talent Management module, including setup, customization, and integration with other HCM modules.
3.Conduct system testing, user training, and support activities during project implementation and post-go-live phases.
4.⁠Work closely with project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
5.⁠Knowledge of Absence Management solutions within Oracle eBusiness Suite, including configuration of leave types, accruals, and absence processing rules.
6.⁠Knowledge of Configuration and customization Oracle Core HR modules to meet client needs, including but not limited to Employee Administration, 7.Organization Hierarchy, Position Management, and Workforce Lifecycle Events.
8.⁠Knowledge of Configuration and customization of Oracle Payroll for UAE, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices
⁠⁠Stay updated on E-Business Suite product releases, patches, and enhancements, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
