• Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor order accuracy and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate repairs and improvements as necessary to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a safe working environment, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
