– Create, innovate, and develop a diverse and appealing Shawarma menu in line with customer preferences and culinary trends.
– Introduce new recipes, flavors, and presentation styles to enhance the Shawarma offerings.
– Lead, inspire, and manage the Shawarma kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a high level of performance.
– Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
– Oversee all aspects of Shawarma preparation to maintain consistency and quality in products.
– Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards in the Shawarma kitchen.
– Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Shawarma or Middle Eastern cuisine setting.
– Culinary degree or relevant certification.
– Extensive knowledge of Shawarma preparation techniques, spices, and flavors.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
– With valid QID, Food Handling Certificate and NOC.
