Kingspan, a global leader in high-performance building envelope solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
🔧 Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in standing seam roofing and insulated panel systems. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality cladding projects across the Middle East and other global markets.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
· Evaluate and negotiate supply chain vendor quotes.
· Manage project budgets, cost control, and pre-contract value additions.
· Monitor order variations, valuations, and prepare progress claims.
· Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
📌 Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of QS experience, preferably in metal roofing and wall cladding systems.
· Strong technical knowledge of standing seam roofing, insulated panels, cold rooms and architectural façades.
· Proficiency in QS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· UAE experience preferred.
