Join OneRX Dubai and be part of a team driving impactful experiences across events and exhibitions. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive with 3–6 years of industry experience to accelerate growth and build lasting client partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Identify and develop new business opportunities in events and exhibitions only
Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams for smooth project execution dedicated to events and exhibitions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability

What We Are Looking For

3–6 years of proven sales experience in events, exhibitions, or interior fit-out industries
Strong business development and client acquisition skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to understand client requirements and propose strategic solutions
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Established industry network within relevant sectors is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
Passion for building long-term client relationships and driving company growth
