Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct HSE training for employees and contractors.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a safety culture.
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, incidents, and training.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the construction or fitout industry.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
