Rolls and Responsibilities
– Meet with clients in a sales environment to drive HR services sales and Knowledge.
– Makes sales appointments with clients
– Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the Services.
– Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive Sales
– Discovers how to market HR Services to new Clients
– Understands how to make our Services appeal to Client based on the Business environment and current trends
– Works with the marketing department to develop new sales Strategies
– Always looks for new ways to make Our HR services attractive to the Client
– Makes sure the achievement of company Sales strategy (Revenue and Profitability)
Required Qualification:
– Graduated, specialized in Sales and Marketing
– Required Business Communication Skills
– 5+ Years of Experience in Corporate Sales
