Requirements:
-Previous call center/BPO work experience in collections.
-2+ years outbound collection experience in a BPO setting.
-Bank experience, US Bank experience is a plus.
-Excellent knowledge of collection processes.
-Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills.
-Outstanding phone etiquette.
-Resilient with impolite clients.
**Should be available in UAE – immediate joining.
Compensation Package: AED 5,000 + incentives
