Job Position – L3 Support Engineer
Job Details Here
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience in technical support or system administration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience in Mobile Apps, Online Banking, Payment systems, Card Management system.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux, Unix), networking protocols, databases (e.g., SQL, ORACLE), and web technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and design effective solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Python, Bash, React js, Angular Js) and experience with automation tools is desirable.
