Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Training & Development: Ensure staff members are properly trained and up to date with the latest driving regulations and teaching methods.
Scheduling: Organize and manage staff schedules, ensuring that there are enough instructors to meet the demand for driving lessons.
Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints or concerns related to driving lessons, instructor performance, or scheduling.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive experience for students.
Scheduling & Planning:
Oversee the scheduling of driving lessons and exams to ensure that they are timely and efficient.
Make sure that the driving school’s vehicles are available and maintained for lessons and practical exams.
Compliance with Regulations:
Ensure the company complies with local driving laws and regulations, including insurance requirements, licensing for instructors, and vehicle standards.
Stay updated on any changes in traffic laws and driving regulations to keep the school’s curriculum current.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the company.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure the school operates within budget.
Manage payments from students and ensure that financial records are accurate.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students.
Maintain a strong online presence and engage in local advertising to promote the driving school.
Expand the company’s reach by offering specialized courses, such as defensive driving or refresher courses.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure that the school’s fleet of vehicles is well-maintained, safe, and roadworthy for student lessons.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to conduct regular vehicle inspections and handle any necessary repairs.
Record-Keeping:
Ensure accurate records are kept for each student, including their progress, lesson history, and any incidents during lessons.
Maintain records for the company’s vehicles, instructors, and other operational aspects.
Safety Protocols:
Develop and enforce safety protocols for both students and instructors to ensure a secure learning environment.
Regularly review and update safety practices related to driving lessons.
Performance Monitoring:
